These examples are 'top level' and concentrate on two main requirements of the viewer. They need a plumber and they live in Canterbury. It makes sense to assume that the viewer would want to use a plumber in their own town and that the plumber would prefer to service a client base in his/her locality.

This is then broken down into keywords and phrases associated with the product or service. Plumbing can be broken down further into services e.g central heating, boiler servicing, emergency callout, power flushing and many more. These are all key terms a viewer might type into the search engine box.
