Q. Are there any setup fees and do I have to pay anything before the launch of the website?
A. There are no setup fees. We do ask all our clients to subscribe to our monthly payment plan before we start work. This just shows commitment on both sides to get the project started.

Q. How long will the research and design take?
A. From your instruction to start the website design our research and design outline are made live within 2 days.

Q. How long will it take for new customers to find our website in the search engines?
A. Each project is different but on average you could be receiving enquiries via the search engines within 3 weeks. This is obviously dependant on how fast the textual content is supplied and of course any personalised graphics. Some of our clients have had enquiries inside 2 weeks from the launch.

Q. Am I tied to a minimum period?
A. No, there is no minimum period or contract. If you are not satisfied with our work or the site is not attracting new customers then you can simply stop paying with no questions asked. This really is a very low risk to the client as they will start to see results within a few weeks from launch.

Q. How do I update my website with new content?
A. With all optimised websites it is necessary to review all new text to ensure it is optimised correctly in order to get the best results in the search engines. We prefer to do this manually to get the best results. You can simply email new content to us and we will update your website within 24 hours, most of the time within a few hours.

Q. Who owns the website and can I buy it at any time?
A. We are in the business of renting websites and find that through our support and advice our clients regard our service as value for money. The success of the website is mostly due to the level of support and advice we give our clients which accounts for the majority of the monthly fee.

We are flexible and have agreements in place with a few of our clients which set out the terms of purchase at agreed periods of time.

Q. How many times can I update my website?
A. You can update your website as many times as you like. We have clients that send new articles / content on a weekly basis. We also have clients that update monthly. All updating is included in the price. The important thing to remember is that we advise clients on the level of updating and additions to content as this is very important to the success of the website.

Q. Can I add more pages as I need to?
A. Yes, with option 3 you have unlimited pages. With the other two options we specify how many pages are included but we are very flexible and reasonable additions are included in the price.
