6. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
The client pays the first months subscription before any work starts. This fee is non refundable as it instructs and engages RAWD to commence work and in turn costs are involved in the research and design. The monthly fee is paid on the date that the subscription started and every month on that date until the client informs RAWD it wishes to terminate the subscription.

7. SUBSCRIPTION FEES DEFAULT
In the event of a client defaulting on payment RAWD will firstly inform the client of default. After 2 weeks of the default in payment RAWD will inform the client that the website will be turned off and the subscription cancelled. In this situation the website will be stripped of all the clients content. The content will be returned to the client minus the structure and code of the website.

8. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
There is no minimum period for subscription. The client can terminate the subscription at any time. RAWD will work and maintain the client website during the subscription period. This includes all costs including hosting, domain name/s (up to 2 domains included) updates, redesigns (if required) additional pages (depending on package option). The subscription term also includes a support service where the client has access to help and advice during this period.

9. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS – EXTRA COSTS
The fixed fee covers all of the costs outlined in the SUBSCRIPTION TERMS. The extra charges are applied when a client website has heavy traffic which in turn increases the bandwidth and fees are charged from the hosting company of RAWD. In this event RAWD will inform the client and a fee will be agreed.

10. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
The website is owned by RAWD and rented to the client on a monthly basis. All content supplied by the client is owned by the client. The domain of the client website is registered by RAWD and is owned by RAWD. If a client supplies a preregistered domain then the client owns that domain. The client can buy the website at any time (SEE Buy Out Terms).

11. BUY OUT TERMS
The client may purchase the website at any time during the subscription period. RAWD and the client will agree a purchase price. The client understands that after they purchase the website all services offered under the subscription terms will cease and the client website will be sent in full format to the client excluding any domains owned by RAWD.

12. DISCLAIMER
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this Website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website at any time and without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, or on rare occasions incorrect and we make no commitment to ensure that such material is correct or up to date.

The material at this Website is provided without any conditions or warranties of any kind.
